GLASSES INFO

Firstly, we ask you to check if you have written correctly your e-mail address when you were signing in. If the e-mail you have written is correct then you should check the SPAM folder in your e-mail account, and if you still don't find it then please contact our Customer Service.


The product can be still considered AVAILABLE even if it being re-supplied again by the manufacturer, and this is a process that may require from 2 to 10 working days to be ready to be shipped exept for some delays that do not depend on Occhialando. In all the cases the customer is always updated by e-mail.

The products that have been marked as AVAILABLE are products that are being still produced by the manufacturer and/or we already have in our warehouses, and for this reason they can be still ordered and bought.


The products that have been labeled as out of production are no longer available to be ordered or bought by customers.



We are authorized dealers of all the brands you will find on our website, for this reason all our sunglasses are 100% original and they are shipped with all their original accessories given by the original manufacturer.

Yes, all our glasses and sunglasses are sent inside their original packaging and with all the accessories included by the original manufacturer.

All our sunglasses and eyeglasses are covered by a 2 years warrancy that covers the manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover all the damages due to the normal usage of the product.

The glasses identification code can be found written on the glasses temples, on the bridge or inside the nose pads.


They are expressed using the metric system and are expressed in millimetres (mm).


The nose pads of the glasses are fins that lean on the nose and are located adjacent to the deck of the glasses.


The bridge is that component of the glasses that lays between the two lenses and its measurement is expressed in millimetres.



The caliber is the width of the lens expressed in millimetres.


PAYMENTS

The payments methods accepted by our website are: Credit Card, VISA/MASTERCARD/AMERICAN EXPRESS, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer and Discover


First, you'll have to select Bank Transfer as a payment method. The IBAN will be then sent through an automated e-mail once your order will be completed.

RETURN/CHANGE

To ask for a Return or a Change you should fill out the form at  “Return-Change a Product” that you will find at the bottom of each website's page. Once you will have sent the form, you will receive an automated e-mail with the instructions.


As from our Terms and Conditions, from the day you receive your order, you have 14 days to ask for the return or the change of the product filling the following form at Return/Change.


If you have to ask for a return or a change then the shipping fee to return or change the product are paid by the client.

As from our Terms and Conditions it's possible to ask for the return or change of a product only once. If you change a product then you cannot ask for a return.


SHIPPING

We as Occhialando do our best to send your order within 2 to 6 working days, without taking into consideration any delays that will be always communicated to the customer as soon as they occur.



The Standard Shipping, depending on the destination, takes from 1 to 3 working days from the day of the shipment, excluding any delays caused by the courier.

The Express Shipping takes about 1 working day, from the day the product has been shipped, in Italy (excluding minor Islands, Island and any location hard to reach).

The standard delivery is free when you spend more than € 69,00 (no minor island included or any location hard to reach), otherwise the fee is €4,90.


The insured shipping is the best option as it protects the customer totally in case of loss of the package by the courier.



If your package is delivered damaged, we ask you to always accept it with reserve! This allows you in case the product is damaged to give the full responsibility to the courier. Our website doesn't take any kind of responsibility if the packaging has been taken without reserve.

Yes, it's possible. To ask for the availability of the required spare parts, then we ask you to fill out the form that you will find in the following section in our website Homepage “Spare Parts”.

You can find them on the following page “Glasses Spare Parts” that you can find in the homepage where you will be able to fill a form and request a quote.
